The ocean roars

An antidote to the modern life. Not the temporary anaesthetic types, but the more permanent in the solace that quiet places exist. Where the mind can soothe, electrons realign, spirit rekindles and ignites.

How lovely to sit in peace, how lucky am i to have this opportunity.

The wind blows savagely but niot here on my rock where I sit, this rock, a rock that provides shelter from the wind. I sit and hear the wind, hear it generate waves and yet I still see a gallant bird out beyond the wave massifs. What is it doing? It disappears and the sun sits on my back throwing shadow on the sand.

The ocean roars, throws sound in every direction, angle and pitch. It slides, thumps and moves in my ears. Terrifying, calming thunderous amounts of energy are thrown.

Yet here I sit, alone, strangely comforted by it all.
