I’m a photographer from Melbourne Australia.

I’ve been making images for the past 30+ years. I’ve endured the evolution of film to digital and now back to film again.

I started my journey at the wonderful Photography Studies College (PSC) way back in 1996 completing a 4 year part time diploma in Illustrative Photography majoring in fine art and tutored by the inspiring Carolyn Lewens. Upon completion, I started my professional photography business Misheye Image in the year 2000. For the first 3 years to supplement my early photographic career income, I also taught photography short courses at the CAE. I’ve exhibited many collections of photographs, all very different and unique in their own right.

I sincerely enjoy exploring the philosophy of why humans make photographs, indeed why i make photographs and then in turn perhaps why some like me become obsessed by it. I love photography; it is my career, livelihood and clearly defines a part of my identity.
